My merchandise was damaged during shipping.
  • Orders damaged during shipping should be claimed through the freight carrier.
  • If cartons appear damaged, please be sure to note this on the freight bill.
  • If you find any damage after the driver has left, keep all packing, contact the freight carrier to inspect the damage and file a claim.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for shipping damage. However, we will gladly assist you with the freight carrier's damage claim process.

My merchandise has a manufacture defect.

  • Please do not return Items to us without first contacting us to receive instructions.
  • If an item is returned to us due to manufactures defect, you will need a Return Merchandise Number(RMN).
  • Packages cannot be accepted without a Return Merchandise Number written clearly on the box. We need the Return Merchandise Number to track and promptly process your defective return.
How can I return merchandise?

  • Please clearly write the Return Merchandise Number(RMN) on the outside of the returning package. Unfortunately, packages cannot be returned without a Return Merchandise Number clearly written on the box outside.
  • Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  • Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
  • We cannot accept liablity for merchandise that does not reach our return department.
  • Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured.
  • We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
  • You can expect your refund in the same form of payment used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days after receiving your return.
  • Please note: We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
What are your delivery practices?
  • Our warehouses make delivery within 3-10 business days.
  • Delivery time will depend on the distance from our shipping warehouse to your address.
  • We always ship from the nearest warehouse to speed up deliveries.
  • Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 5:00 p.m. local time and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 5:00 p.m. on the same business day that the order is placed. Items shipped direct from the vendor may require an earlier order placement time. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in sale confirmation email.
  • Dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
  • AspireMart' online catalog, Web site retail businesses are operated within the continental US for customers within the US and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses. AspireMart delivers to street addresses (no P.O. Boxes, please) in the continental US only. Certain AspireMart items originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Other items are stocked at warehouses around the country and delivered by a common carrier. For these items a loading dock is needed. If one is not available, delivery personnel will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you are responsible for unloading the items and bringing them into your building.
Is my signature required for delivery?
  • For your package safety, it is best to have someone available to sign for your order during the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays (UPS may deliver to residential addresses up to 7:00 p.m.). The driver will leave a note with instructions on how to receive your order, or you will be contacted for a redelivery.
Is ground shipping FREE?
  • Shipping fees are included in all our online prices.
  • We've adopted this system so that it would be easy to understand and be fair to both our retail and wholesale customers.
  • Free shipping is to the lower 48 states of the United States via ground service. All other locations call for a shipping quote.
  • Note: Certain products, bicycles and hammock stands have pre-set shipping or weight based fees. This also may include items not listed. Your actual shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on these factors.

    As soon as we receive your check or money, it will be expressed to our bank for clearing, this takes 3-7 days (usually the sooner).
